Minneapolis-based musician Wendy C Johnson received her degree in Classical Guitar Performance from the University of Minnesota in 2015. She studied under Maja Radovanlija. Since graduating, she has become involved with She Rock She Rock, a local Minnesota non-profit dedicated to empowering women, girls, and gender non-binary folks through the art of music. She taught for three years as a part of their Girls’ Rock and Roll Retreat summer program and now serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors. She also works for Hopewell Music Cooperative, a Minnesota non-profit dedicated to providing high quality music education to underserved folks in the North Minneapolis community. Wendy believes that music is one of the best ways to create understanding between people and empower them to be positive forces in the world.
Adina is an individual who doesn't like talking about herself very much and instead insists on writing about herself. Born in 1990 with a sweet taste in her mouth for cynical and dry wit, such characteristics can be found in her work and overall demeanor. Much to her credit, she has found a way to make this seem incredibly endearing.
Jasper Hardin is a poet and visual artist who lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He competed in the 2018 Rustbelt Competition. He has a self published chapbook entitled I Could Be A Galaxy. He is developing an online journal dedicated to Non-speaking and Semi-speaking writers and visual artists. Jasper has work published in Rising Phoenix Review and The Mighty. Jasper uses poetry to start conversations he feels are important. He is so glad that you're here to listen!
